Alight is an independent publisher headquartered in New York City. Founded in 2000, Alight specializes in mass market paperback and trade paperback books. Alight TV distributes movies, television shows, book trailers and more.

Alight features authors such as Tannis Blackman, author of The Mystical Seductress Handbook and Gina Cox, author of VIGIL: You Never Know Who’s Watching You. In 2012, Alight will publish the first novel in its 3-Part Dark Legacy series, penned by Joyce Torme. Visualizations for Alight's titles can be accessed on Alight TV.

Most of our titles can be ordered from Baker & Taylor. We sell directly to retail customers, kiosks and traditional/non-traditional booksellers. We accept personal and corporate checks, purchase orders (subject to credit approval) and major credit cards. Retail orders can be fulfilled by phone, fax, or online using our secure store. Customers may also choose PayPal where indicated.

Our normal hours of operation are from 9:00am-5:00pm EST, excluding major holidays. Faxes and emails can be sent to us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Alight does not receive visitors without a confirmed appointment.

We are a member of: Independent Book Publishers Association (IBPA), Small Publishers Association of North America (SPAN), The Center for Independent Publishing (formerly The Small Press Center), The Combined Book Exhibit (CBE) and The American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP).
